Top-Loading Solutions for Tall & Bulk Cargo

An open-top container is a type of ISO shipping container designed for transporting cargo that is too large or heavy to fit through the standard container doors. Unlike regular containers, it does not have a fixed roof; instead, it is covered with a removable tarpaulin that protects the goods from weather during transport. The open-top design allows for easy loading and unloading of oversized cargo from above using cranes or other lifting equipment. 

These containers are commonly used for carrying machinery, industrial equipment, steel, timber, and other bulky materials. They are built with strong steel sides and floors to support heavy loads and have a removable top rail above the doors to facilitate handling. Although open-top containers provide flexibility for irregular or tall cargo, they require proper securing and covering to ensure safe transportation.
